Six-year-old Auckland boy Charlie McKendry received $4,301 for his very own specialised sports buggy.
Charlie is a quadriplegic with cerebral palsy who also suffers from epilepsy and his new buggy will allow him more freedom to enjoy the outdoors.
The new trike will give Charlie independence, enable him to exercise, increase his mobility and enjoy activities with his family.
