Wairakei Kindergarten has received $2,160.94 to replace old, worn out safety mats.
The kindergarten provides children with the opportunity to practice their motor skills such as climbing, balancing and lifting.
The safety mats will replace the old mats at the bottom of a slide, monkey bars, climbing apparatus and will be used for gymnastics.
