Kim Bailey is a Constable in Dunedin that works as a Youth Aid Officer for the New Zealand Police.
She received $1,500 funding to purchase shoes and gear that will allow a disadvantaged young person to take an arborist course at Otago Polytechnic. Kim hopes the course will help him turn his life around and eventually become a successful member of society.
