Maungatautari Ecological Island Trust is a charity set up to represent the mana whenua, landowners surrounding Maungatautari, and the wider community in managing the ecological restoration of Maungatautari.
It received $1,350 to purchase a microscope to be used for in-house diagnostic testing for birds and reptiles.
