YSAR Trust

YSAR Trust is a search and rescue (S.A.R.) training programme for 13-18-year-olds. The trusts focus is to educate New Zealand youth on search and rescue techniques, enabling them to volunteer as leaders across various S.A.R. organisations. YSAR Trust received a grant of $3,790 towards the purchase of two defibrillators, one for each of its Tauranga and Auckland branches, enabling them to offer immediate assistance for sudden cardiac arrest (SCA) emergencies.
