Lower Hutt Playcentre is a not-for-profit Early Childhood Education Service (ECE) run by voluntary parents that provide high quality education for children in mixed-age groups. Lower Hutt Playcentre received a grant of $806.83 to assist in purchasing some new, safer bicycles and scooters for their centre.
