Hamilton North School received $161 to purchase a prone wedge for Austin, a student at the school.
Austin has global development delay, hypotonia and suffers from regular seizures. He spends most of his day in a wheelchair and requires regular stretching to help maintain motion in his joints.
The prone will allow his parents to continue home therapy after school and during school holidays and prevent the need for orthopaedic surgery.
